School-based weight management programs may be effective
Washington, March 4 : A new American study suggests that a school-based weight-management program can be very useful in reaching large numbers of kids.

CHS wrestling season over
At last year’s individual section meet, the Central wrestling program had one individual win a place. This year, 10 out of 12 Central wrestlers were place winners in their weight brackets at the tournament Feb. 26 and 28, and the only two that did not place were both freshmen.
