Think this product is great, as a woman, there are not too many drinks like this on the market. It does not make you feel bloated, uncomfortable or sick as in some cases! You can buy it at Tesco and Argos these days, and considering the amount of protein drinks on the market, the price is way too much for what it is. It mixes well with a shaker and tastes ok (one of the better protein drinks) but the price is a put off. Would have got more stars otherwise

I havent tried this yet, im trying to loose weight and tone up, i have a good training plan but cant get the weight off fast enough, would this help? also how many servings is in it? wb many thanks

Just had to fight back against these reviewers complaining about the taste. The banana one IS yummy (it’s the only flavour which I’m sure is vegetarian, be warned the strawberry one isn’t), it really does taste like a banana smoothie, even when just mixed with water (best if using ice cold water). I only mixed it with a fork and there weren’t any lumps at all.
The shake kept me alert all day (probably because I’m not used to caffeine though), and I certainly didn’t feel hungry. Costly (cheapest on eBay, sorry Amazon, but I bought it from Boots because I’m impatient and don’t really trust strangers on eBay when it comes to health products).

I have been having the strawberry promax diet shake which at first I found ok but then it got too sweet, so I switched to the Chocolate. I only bought a 600g jar as wasn’t too sure if it would taste any good. Well in my opinion this tastes fab, I actually look forward to having my shake !No wierd after taste like the strawberry one . I would recommend using chilled water otherwise its like a warm milk shake which isn’t nice and I mix mine in a blender so no lump problems . . . nice smooth thick and creamy shake.
Does it work though? Over the past 3 weeks I can see a difference in the way I look not I have lost several pounds and my figure has changed too. I am working out at the gym but find Promax Diet helps support this.

I am 18 years old and started using this product only a week ago.
Even though it does not taste very nice, and you almost have to force drink it, i feel that if you drink a bit of water in between drinking to promax shakes it tastes a lot better, as it dilutes the shake.
Since Tuesday of last week, i have not been exercising, just drinking this shake for lunch, and have so far lost 6 lbs, which really has shocked me. That has really motivated me, and not long ago i joined a gym, if i can lose 6 lbs in a week by not exercising imagine the effect if i exercised as well.
The only downside to this shake is the taste, but i think i can get over that!!
Those people that say there are lumps, once in the shaker you REALLY have to give it a shake for at least 30 secs.
Overall i give this a 4 star as the only downsider i can see is the taste.
p.s i find the maximuscle website really motivating
