<p>_ Having high energy levels.</p>
<p>_ Sporting glowing skin, healthy hair and a youthful, radiant look. So, let’s see what you can do to continue this happy state of affairs.</p>
<p>Do’s:</p>
<p>_ Eat 100% organic food.</p>
<p>_ Drink at least one gallon of pure water, preferably fortified with coral calcium tablets.</p>
<p>_ Avoid ‘branded’ food that is high on hype and low in the good stuff.</p>
<p>_ Fast food is taboo.</p>
<p>_ Get a Candida cleansing done.</p>
<p>_ Cleanse your colon.</p>
