Hey i am a 19 year old guy at 6’5ft and over weight i think i must me at least 19st. I just lost a friend to an heart attack and don’t want the same thing happening to me.
I have tried going to the gym but cant get in the mood but will give it another go due to my friend, can any one give me dieting tips

I need so help on diet tips! I have like NO self discipline and i don’t have a lot of stamina. Does anyone have any good tips or know any simple exercisess i can do like around the house or something?

oohhh yeah i almost forgot im too young to go to the gym so i need some exercisess i can do without using machines. =]

    I’m currently exercising for 30minutes – 1hour a day (I’ve only been doing this a few days), and I’ve got my calorie burning up to 450. I’m not eating in the morning as it just makes me hungrier at lunch time. But I am eating fruit and veg during the day, a roll/salad for lunch and a reasonable sized dinner. I’m drinking 2 litres of water a day, as well as tea and the odd diet coke. If you could give me any other tips that would be really great?

    PCOS – weight loss tips?

    Hi all…

    I weigh in at about 120lbs, I’m 5’1″ and therefore curvy and about a size 10/12UK. Although my weight is fine, I have PCOS meaning I carry a little extra weight around my middle which is difficult to shed. I really want to lose weight for the summer time, are there any tips for me to lose weight (particularly around the middle)? And does anyone have any idea how much weight I’d realistically be able to lose with regular exercise and balanced, healthy eating?
