How to use:
Single essence use: 2 drops in water and sip at intervals or add to 30ml mixing bottle containing still spring water.Take 4 drops a minmum of 4 times a day.Multiple essence use: Add 2 drops of each essence(max 7 essences) to a mixing bottle and use as above.

If you have unwanted thoughts, preoccupations and worries then try White Chestnut Directions: Dilute two drops of White Chestnut in a glass of water and sip at intervals. Replenish as neccessary. For multiple use, add two drops of White Chestnut to a 30ml mixing bottle (you may combine up to seven remedies in this bottle), top up with mineral water and take four drops at least four times a day.
